Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms govern your use of HallBooking ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them. HallBooking is currently in early access — features change frequently and some are marked "Soon" on the landing page.
1. The service
HallBooking is booking software for studios that rent halls and rooms. We provide tools for studio owners to manage halls, availability, and (when shipped) public booking pages and payments. We are not a payment processor; payments — when available — are processed by Stripe, LiqPay, or another provider you connect.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One account per studio organization; team member roles will be added in a future release.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal activity, no rental of spaces for unlawful purposes.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass authentication or rate limits.
- No uploading content that infringes others' rights.
- No spam to clients booking through your studio.
4. Billing (when subscriptions ship)
During early access, HallBooking is free. When paid plans launch, you will be notified by email and given the option to subscribe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. The refund policy will be published at that time.
5. Payments to studio owners
When clients pay for bookings, money flows directly from the client to the studio owner via the payment provider the owner has connected. HallBooking never holds client funds. The studio owner is solely responsible for fulfilling the booking, issuing refunds, and complying with tax obligations.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into HallBooking. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service availability
During early access there is no SLA. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@hallbooking.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HallBooking disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, during early access, 100 USD).
10. Changes
We will update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
